Description
Meet with your tour leader at the outskirts of Zagora, transfer to the starting point of the tour, with a private vehicle (15 minutes drive) and get briefed about the tour. The hike begins high on the mountain, walking on a forest road, surrounded by beech trees. After a while, we start descending on a footpath through a lush forested area. In the middle of the route, we encounter a small waterfall, where we stop for our first break to enjoy the calming sound of its waters. We keep on descending until we reach a hidden natural pond, where we take our second break. Enjoy the surrounding scenery and take your time to find the courage to enter its freezing waters! We then continue our hike and head towards the finish/meeting point, walking through apple fields and chestnut trees.

Important Notes
What to Wear: It is required to wear suitable walking shoes, no sandals or flip-flops. We recommend walking boots, sports shoes or closed-toe shoes with non-slippery soles. Long trousers are always recommended for hiking, although you are free to make your own choices, just dress accordingly to weather conditions.
What to Bring: Our recommendations for things that you should bring with you and maybe useful are sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, extra water, snacks, and of course swimming suits and towels if you plan to give it a try at the natural pond!
